IEEE 1599 Export for Musescore 3.x

This plugin is meant to convert scores edited through MuseScore 2.x and 3.x into IEEE 1599 format.
IEEE 1599 is an XML-based format officially recognised by IEEE in 2008 aiming to represent music in all its aspects thanks to a multi-layer approach. The layers supported by IEEE 1599 are: general, logic, structural, notational, performance, and audio.
This plugin converts and exports metadata into the general layer and score symbols into the logic layer.
