Using my digital piano as a MIDI controller/Note Input

I'm connecting my DONNER DEP-20 to my computer (Linux) via a USB Type A/B cable. But I can't get Musescore to recognize the keyboard as a MIDI input. The options are not "selectable". What am I missing?
