Changing bar length disturbs tie across bar line.

I have a tied note across a time signature change from 4/4 into 3/4 (see Test1.mscz).
I change the 3/4 bar to 4/4 in two stages:
1. I adjust the bar length (see Test2.mscz). So far so good.
2. I delete the 3/4 signature. Now the tie jumps past the target note to the next occurence of the same pitch in a subsequent bar (see Test3.mscz).
Reproducible and easy to repair.
