score accessibility - more concise presentation of elements

I'm really glad to see that it is now possible to read the elements in a score using nvda. However, I would prefer to leave out words such as 'pitch' and 'duration' because they aren't really necessary and slow down the reading of the score. Thoughts? I tried to do this in the attached patch (though I can't test it yet).
