In playback, earlier notes override later notes

Firstly thank you so much for MuseScore 4 MuseScore team! It's incredibly impressive!

Sorry if this has already been mentioned somewhere but I honestly do not know what to search in order to find it?

For an example of what I mean, if I have two identical piano chords playing one after the other, but the former is arpeggiated, the latter will sound arpeggiated too, I assume because the former notes' duration is overriding the latter blocking them from coming in on time. For another example, if the right hand is holding a note, then the left hand plays that same note, it won't make a sound at all until after the bar is over where you'll hear it played briefly THEN instead of when it was originally meant to.
