Audio Lag and Crashes when Changing audio output.

Musescore 4 is incredibly unusable for me since whenever I use it, the audio starts to lag behind more and more over time. I have to combat this by disconnecting my headphones every time it gets so bad its unusable, and when I do that it crashes. So I have to disconnect my headphones every 2 minutes and it will crash when I do.

Also, was playback from the piano taken off? where can I turn it back on if it wasn't?
