Crash when placing 4/4 in middle of long score/deleting last measure/deleting 2/4 time signature

The "long score" is 29.5 minutes long, has multiple movements, and a bit of notation written at the very end. This might be contributing to the bug?

Go to page 41, and in the measure after the 2/4, place a 4/4 time signature. For me this has guaranteed a crash. Deleting the 2/4 also causes it to crash.

While doing the second movement, placing a time signature would often cause it to crash. I managed to get through it via brute-force saving and retrying. However, in the third movement, placing the aforementioned 4/4 signature will always crash (previously it was 50/50).

While writing this I also discovered that it would crash when I delete the final measure of the entire score.
