Way to title a part name for more than one staff at a time without linking markings like pizz. or dynamics.

I've noticed in orchestral scores that it is very common to expand staves that originally had say two flutes in it into individual staves to allow for more complex dynamic work for each flute player or clarity. I've provided pictures below.

I'd like to be able to make the flutes have say 2 staves for one system
and the next system change it back to just one , but also with the correct labels like the pictures.

I hope this makes sense. It's kind of a hard topic to explain.
