Muse hub not loading

Naturally, I'm one of many who is excited with the new playback system of MS4. However I am locked from this feature since Muse Hub won't load with the message shown in the PNG even though my version of Windows is last updated in 2021 (school laptop that still is partially locked hence no new updates). Any tips on how to fix this or workaround to get the plugin?
