[Accessibility] Time Signature Properties - Beam Groups too small to read

I have increased the text size to 15, but the beam group selector still shows up as tiny dots (see screenshot). I've also tried increasing the application/paletteScale to no effect. Is there another accessibility setting hiding somewhere (and if it is hiding, is it really accessible?), or should I submit a bug report?
