corrections in single parts dont apply on the full score

hey there,
i have spent the last three days working on unexplainable corruption errors. now, none of the corrections applies to the full score. e.g. there are two crescendos on top of each other although i deleted one of them in the parts. i need to finish the song until december 31st so i need to layout the parts now - but it seems like all the work of the last days is wasted.
can i refresh the score somehow? or do i have to generate the parts again?
