Installing MuseHub on a Fedora (RedHat) Linux system

• Dec 29, 2022 - 15:19

Hi,

I wanted to try out the MuseHub application but its only offered as a .deb file. On a RedHat based system it is not possible to install a .deb file... I already tried converting it into a .rpm file with "alien" but that didn't work. Is there a way I can install the software on Fedora?

And I also wanted to ask, why you recommend using the .AppImage file for the MuseScore application? The package from Flathub can update itself, an .AppImage is not able to do so.

Best regards,

Max
