muse hub installer pausing error

I wanted to download all the new muse sounds and it worked for all of them except two, the strings and woodwinds. Those two keep staying on download while with the others i got to see the time it was going to take and how much has downloaded already. So i tried installing an effect and that downloaded within a minute, so it's not that it can't download anything.
I thought maybe i could cancel the download and try again but it won't let me pause the download either. You can see the code of the error in my screenshot.
What do i do?
