Update All Scores

Hey all,
With the release of MuseScore 4, I've decided to go back through all my scores and start cleaning up a bit/uploading everything to the cloud. The issue I've run into is that, since I don't have all my old stuff linked, saving to the cloud just ends up adding a new version of my score to my manager.
I very much like everything to be uniform, so my dream is to have one copy of each of my scores - around 70 total - saved to the cloud (preferably with the nice little "cloud" icon next to it) without having to replace my previous 2 years of scores already on musescore.com with their associated comments/favorites.
Any tips, tricks, or help would be greatly appreciated, and I'll try to remember to post an update if I figure anything groundbreaking out myself.
