MuseScore 4 - Nothing happens when I try to login to my MuseScore.com cloud account

I generally operate entirely with local files, only publishing a score once in awhile. I was excited to see the supposed integration with the MuseScore.com cloud with MuseScore 4. However, when I try to publish a score from the app and it brings up a "You are not logged in" dialog, pressing the Login button spins the cursor very briefly but otherwise does nothing.

Is this functionality broken or am I missing something?
