Crescendo/diminuendos in score do not appear and clefs cannot be made cue size in instrument parts

This is a score I started writing in MuseScore 3.6 and it's for a symphony orchestra. Some time during editing the score with MuseScore 4 I noticed all the crescendos and diminuendos are missing from all of the parts. Adding them back in sometimes creates a duplicate of it in the score.

Also the clefs in the parts are full size when they should be cue size and ticking the "cue size" box does not change their size. Replacing the clef entirely also doesn't fix it as the cue size box is already ticked but the clef isn't actually cue size.

As an example, below is a screenshot of a short oboe passage that contains a cue, firstly how it looks in the score then how it looks in the part.
