unwanted key signature appearing

In my score, measure 365, an unwanted key signature appears. It repeats the already established clef and key signature, and I have no idea why it's there or how to get rid of it. Do you have any suggestions?

I'm on MacOS 10.15.7 and unable to upgrade any further, so my MS version is 3.6.2.5x
