Instrument Adjusting for different Movements

Hello, I'm an avid user of MuseScore because I like its engaging format, minimal software design, and intuitive composing approach. I also like composing on MuseScore and I've made quite a few pieces, but I think I have encountered a difficulty while making one of my pieces. I'm currently making a concerto with 3 movements (Vivace, Andante, Presto), and it is a Baroque-style Concerto Grosso. The instruments include Flute, Clarinet, Timpani, Strings and Basso Continuo, but I'd like to only use part of them for different movements. For example, I want to use all the instruments for the 1st movement, only the strings and flute for the second movement, and so on. Instead of writing the movements separately, I figured that I could use staff and page breaks to separate the movements which is more convenient for me (since I can have all the movements in one score). Is there a way to hide or show instruments in each of those movements, such as hiding the Timpani and Clarinet for the second movement since these instruments do not play? Also, because it is a Baroque Concerto, is there a way to adjust the tuning of the A note to a frequency of 415 hz?
Thanks, and it would be a lot of help if you could help me!
