MS4 UI question

I would really like to have the "File/Save" function on the toolbar (or some place in the header area of the workspace).

I see that some things can be added to the toolbar, but I am unable to find method of adding something like "File/Save" or "File/Print". I know that Ctrl-S will activate the file/save function, but I would also like to see an icon in the upper area of the workspace. File/Print would also be useful (to me).

I think that some of the drive for the additional icons it an awareness of the click count to get to what I want to do.

So, is there a way to add some of the pull-down menu's items to the header area of the workspace in order to get those functions with a single click?
