Ability to select audio and MIDI inputs and outputs on Linux.

It is urgent to be able to select Audio and MIDI inputs and outputs. If we want to use in Linux: Jack, ALSA or Pulse. Also select MIDI inputs and outputs in case we need to reproduce with Carla Plugin Host, etc...
