Bagpipe embellishment could be more flexible

Using v2 (1efc609) I wanted to use bagpipe embellishment, but for me, using french brittany notation, it's not useful because I need to change stem direction and note (see attachment for differences beetwen french and scottish notation).
So could it be possible to customize this palette like the drumset for exemple, or to get a parameter to switch between notations as we never use both notation at the same time ?
By the way, when using embellishment and after adapting it to my needs I tried to copy/paste it from a note to another, like I do with symbols but I didn't figure it out. Is it possible or a restriction ?
