Click and drag OR mousewheel on "bar/beat" numbers (transport bar)

Please add the ability to change bar (or beat) numbers with mousewheel, or click and drag. It would be a timesaver.

NB: by the way, the "go to" does not allow going to "bar.beat", only to "bar", which is a pity.
