Allow selecting specific MIDI instrument in Musescore 4, like we could do in Musescore 3

In Musescore 3 we could select the exact MIDI instrument patch in the Mixer, e.g. Overdrive Guitar, but in Musescore 4 this is missing. We can choose only a general Guitar instrument in the instrument selection, but can't choose a specific soundfont patch ourselves anymore.
