Bring back the main window title bar pls

FR: Bring back the main window title bar pls

Why: Without it (like now) you can't tell by just looking if MS has focus. So you have to click in the window to give it focus. One click too much and high chance to accidentally damage something inside the score.

Best would be a switchable option so folks who don't like the main bar are happy too....
