Portamento glissando playback breaks with certain instruments.

When using a portamento glissando with the Saw Synth, the playback does not play a glissando and instead plays the first note indefinitely, until the same note is played on the same voice or the playback is stopped.

I have noticed this with the Saw Synth and Trombone (Treble Clef) instruments.
