Glitch

Hello, I have been working on a jazz arrangement for "As it Was" by Harry Styles. After saving my file I tried reopening it but was unable to and every time I try it crashes MuseScore. I have checked the auto save files and it is not there either. Please help it took a very long time to get to where I'm at.
