Adding „basic“ microtones to instrument vst as well as more instruments

I was wondering if you in like one of the next versions of MuseScore, that you could add 24 tet microtones or just a pitch adjustment thing to make microtones. I was also wondering if you could add more instruments to the cat such as a solo double bass, oboe d amore, contrabass clarinet, instruments like that. More seldomly used instruments. And also add to the existing range of instruments.
