Issues with Video Scores

I have just recently finished an original marching band show consisting of three separate scores. I have composed them using MuseSounds, not MS Basic. However, when I went to upload them, the playback used MS Basic. Additionally, the video score that I downloaded does not include the entire score. It only shows around the top half of the page. Is there a way I can get a downloadable video score that uses MuseSounds and has the entire page in frame?
