Problem With Staffing

I have composed a composition for the organ, it has three staves. The bottom two staves have base clefs and the top staff has a G-Clef, this is on the computer, and it was written years ago and it plays the organ.
But recently I had to do some rewriting on the piece and when I set up the score the G-Clef would only play voice. How can I set up the score to play organ? Thank you for your help.
