Workspace on MS 4.0.2 on Mac OS Monterey 12.6

Hello to all,
I'm starting to develop new projects on MS 4 on Mac and I have some remarks about the organization of the space.
First of all a big, mega plus, the possibility to open a new instance of MS for each piece, that's great, a liberation !
The downside is that there is no longer the "Documents side by side" function, which was very useful for copying a part of a piece to another part of the same piece, obliged to make a duplicate of the file it becomes complicated.
What is strange is that the instances are displayed as separate applications, at first it is surprising.

What I have a problem with is that you can't reduce a window to less than a certain size (half of my 16" screen!). I used to display the parts side by side to compare the layout, now I have to create independent files and I have to overlap them to compare them.

And finally a small bug, when I detach the mixer and I size it as I like, I save, I close and restart MS4 and 1 time out of 2 it is no longer at the chosen size, ditto for the palettes, or the instruments, properties, etc... Some tables are not displayed when I reopen them.
I would like to be able to find my space as is with my palettes deployed.
