Reading the absolute velocity

From the MuseScore menu is there any way to read the absolute velocity of a note. I can of course set the velocity offset from the Inspector, but short of searching back for the last dynamic marking including hairpins and other markings, I can't see a way to read the local absolute velocity of a part. This is for convenience rather than being really vital.
