MuseSounds Saxophone Topping out

I'm transcribing an etude for saxophone, and the alto saxophone MuseSound appears to "top out". When it plays the phrase in the JPEG, it plays the high C# in place of the D. I'm running OS: macOS 12.5, Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore version (64-bit): 4.0.2-230651546, revision: dbe7c6d

Am I doing something wrong, or is this a bug?
