Screen cascading

When I bring up a project up on the desktop version and it sits there awhile the screen starting cascading. It will also cascade every time I print. If you move the mouse any where on the screen and click, it will go back to normal. What could be causing this issue?

Unfortunately, I can't load a screen shot because the minute I click on it and try to copy, it goes back to the normal screen.
