Convert to Jazz Lead Sheet for Guitar

Hello Forum People:
It's been a while since I've used Musescore... and see that it has been nicely upgraded.

I've attached a file. How do I change it from what seems to be a default musescore style to Jazz leadsheet for guitar?

ALso, I'd be greatful if someone would refresh my memory (or instruct me the new way) to easily add fretboard diagrams, and to adjust those diagrams to the size I'd like.
