Dynamics when turning off repeats.

I've been working on a big band chart that has a lot of repeats, and I noticed when I disable repeats in the software, it causes certain dynamic markings not to work. Is this a known issue?

(Ex. M26 is mf if repeats are enabled, but ff if disabled)
