Create custom barlines

Similarly to how we are able to create new key signatures and time signatures - would it be possible to do this with barlines? There are a pretty well-defined set of base barlines: regular, heavy, dashed, dotted, plus repeat dots. Would be great to be able to combine these however we want - e.g. in a recent score, I found myself wanting a double barline, where the first line was dashed, so I could have created this from dashed + regular.
