MuseScore 4 crashed and a score that was saved to the cloud has been reverted to the template

A was transposing a selection using the up arrow, and MuseScore 4 crashed. When I opened it back up, it was all just rests. The score was saved to the cloud. A little while before this, it had crashed while adding a glissando, but when I opened it everything as just fine, it was only the second time that it crashed that everything was reverted to the template. I tried checking the hidden autosave file, but it was not there (I'm assuming things saved to the cloud don't go there). I don't know what else to do. Needless to say, I will never be using the cloud as my primary save location again.
