Creating Setlists for performances and transpose easily

It would be great to create setlists for us musicians playing on stage and be able to easily transpose them when necessary. Maybe this could also work as a plugin. Because we may not always play the same sounds to the same people. There are similar PDF-based applications, but unfortunately they do not allow us to transpose.
