First Page Footer

How do I create a footer on the first page only (in addition to the one on every page)? This will be used for copyright and other information and needs to be a frame that can accept several text blocks. I am attaching an example from a published Star Wars score that shows exactly the kind of layout required.

Note that the left-justified text in the lower left corner is the every-page footer. The rest is the first-page footer text blocks.

As near as I can tell, text frames are always attached to measures. This is no good, because this text must always appear at the bottom of page 1, regardless of the page layout.
