Parts when opened should use the "Default zoom" Canvas setting

Currently, as of MuseScore 4.4, when a part is opened from a score its zoom setting is 0% which is zoomed in. For every part opened a user will usually need to change this in order to view the part. There's already a "Default zoom" Canvas setting in the Preferences that could be used. Alternatively, a "Default Part zoom" property could be considered for users that would like to always open their parts at a specific zoom percentage.
