Unknown error occurred while saving this file

I was working on an arrangement and encountered a corrupted file. Not a big deal as I only had about one nights worth of work done. But when I went to make it again, I clicked save and it said "An unknown error occurred while saving this file," no mater if I try to save it to the computer or to the web. I thought the problem was the file has the same name as the one i deleted, but upon further testing that was not the issue. Any idea what the solution could be?
