Recover history versions

Hello. Thank you for reading this message. I deleted the content in a music score I composed and wrote another piece of music in that document. When I was composing for the new piece, I saved the document for numerous times and successfully exported a MP3. However, when I quit the page of the score and opened it again, it was replaced by the content I deleted in the first place. So my questions are:
1. Is it possible to find the history versions of Musescore 4 on Windows 11? I have checked the articles regarding recovering scores on the forum and unfortunately they did not help.
2. Or, is it possible to convert my MP3 into the musescore file again?
