Muse Sounds - Muse Strings (Volume issues for Viola)

Hello everyone, has anyone else noticed that the violas in Muse Strings are at a lower volume compared to the violin, cello, and double bass?

Another issue is the volume of the pizzicato; it drops even more, even when using dynamics like forte, it sounds like a piano.

I have attached a simple example that shows these volume differences.

For the other instruments, everything sounds equally balanced, but for the viola, we have variations.

I reported this issue weeks ago through Muse Hub, but I don’t know if this is the only way.
