Unable to install Muse Sound Manager.rpm (Fedora 41)

I'm trying to help my friend out with a problem here, and he wants to use Muse Score on Linux, he's currently running Bazzite as his Distro, and every time he runs the Muse_Sound_Manager.rpm file in Discover, it says it can't read the file, so he can't install it. He really wants to keep using Linux, but this is what's holding him back.

Does it work for anyone else, or is the RPM file just broken?
