F11 to display mixer

If this is not the right place, please re-assign.

1. Load any score.
2. Begin playback.
3. Press F11 for Mixer,
4. Click on box to minimize.
5. Press F11 to remove Mixer.
6. Press F11 to open Mixer.

Mixer reappears, but as a minimized tag, not visible unless maximized.

It is my thinking that the window should reappear, un-minimized at step 6. Or else remove the ability to minimize.
