Dynamics Offset No Longer Works

The dynamics do not go where I want them when I select a note and double click the dynamic. I tried changing the location through the offset in the Edit Text menu. It worked in 0.9.5, but it doesn't seem functional now in the 0.9.6 beta 1 on Windows XP.
