Pdftomusic application and MuseScore

There is a great application, PDFtomusic:
it sings pdf scores created with music notation software.

It worked correctly with pdf created with the precedent version of MuseScore, but now the pdf generated from MuseScore 2.0 are not "sung". I wrote to the creator of the application, and he says it depends on the way MuseScore creates the PDF. He suggested to export the pdf with a virtual printer.

If I export the document as a MusicXML document, import it in FinaleNotePad and then save it as pdf, PDFtomusic can "sing" the score correctly. But that's rather complicated...
