Chord Block Diagram Scaling

It appears in the nightly builds, the new chord block diagrams are drawn at a given size. It would be nice to scale these up and down or set a size multiplier on them. Sometimes instead of tiny chord blocks above a staff, it's nice to have all the chords at the bottom or last page of a score.
