Funerals for Chamber Orchestra by EarlMartin

@ sketch of funerals wanted the timpani and tubular bells to set a pace not a regular pulse.I dont believe in consistent pulse. It opens with a fleeting breath of life then it all becomes funereal .
I believe music can have as many different tempi be in as many keys and have as many lines ,time signatures and keys(mind can only take 4 separate) but the world is bigger than aural sense .We have to use other senses to hear this music.I follow CharlesIves and the spectralists notably Radalescu & Tristan Murail , Claude Vivier! As many facets as there are players.
AS in real life we try to phrase & accent significantly but our heart beats are nearer each other, however not exactly the same.Liberation ia in this awareness of life.We have made it signify and point to sense so just feeling my music can lead to this awareness-or so I believe!. crotales & symbols and solo violin& harpsichord were added quoting Chopin and Beethoven Funeral March sonatas. This is going to be a longer movement than I had envisioned as maybe electriv guitar & saxophones would give it a more contemporary in da city feel. B flat minor and and e flat minor in keyboards. will need a whip and more percussion here too!
