Import / Create drums symbols

Hello everyone. I'm new in the MuseScore universe and I've been searching for a little while now if it is possible to add more symbols for note heads in the drums section.

Basically, I generally do my scores with Guitar Pro but this program, even though it's fast for writing when you're used to it, is clearly lacking some options to create good standard drums scores and this is why I wanted to try MuseScore.

The thing is, even though there are multiple symbols for note heads, I'm not really convinced by most of them (diamond, etc.) and I would really like to be able to use some more symbols that I take from somewhere else or something.

I've been looking at some videos, tried to search the forums, read some handbook pages, but I didn't find anything relating to this exept perhaps the palette editing part but I didn't find how it could be related to the drums symbols.

Basically, the kind of symbols I'd like would be a cross in a square (instead of a circle), a cross with a hat on it, etc. Simple stuff.

Is it possible to create these kind of symbols directly in MuseScore or import them from somewhere ?

Thanks in advance. If I find a way to do this, I'd be glad to transform all my GP drums scores in MuseScore and have them available for the community.
